There will be two training workshops on Friday, September 29th in Room 130 on
how to use an exciting new database.
ARTstor is a digital image database containing more than 400,000 images designed to enhance scholarship, teaching, and research. The images in ARTstor, from international museums and collections include painting, sculpture, photography, design and archaeology. However, ARTstor is not just about art, for almost every discipline can be enhanced by images.
Come and learn from ARTstor trainers how to search and view images online, and save them for use in classroom lectures and presentations, either online or off-line. Tools to create presentations using ARTstor images combined with those from other collections will also be demonstrated.
